Our cheesecakes are made by hand and made to order. We use top-notch ingredients, fresh fruits, imported spices and natural flavoring. 

We do not produce our cheesecakes in a factory, therefore we cannot guarantee a visibly perfect cheesecake. Cheesecakes are prone to cracking and formation of bubbles. We do our best to eliminate these visible imperfections, but rest assured that your will still receive a cheesecake that tastes amazing.

Because we hand prepare each cheesecake, you will need to allow 7-10 days to prepare the perfect cheesecake for you. All orders must be received Monday thru Sunday will be ready starting Thursday of the coming week. 

 Currently, Oodles Cheesecakes offers 3 options, in our Made-to-Order Category. Our Party Size is a hearty 9" (serves 10-12), our 7" Family Size (serves 6-8), and our 4" Shareables (serves 2-4).

We also offer a selection of in-stock items for immediate pick-up in the following sizes : 4 oz. (single serving), 8 oz. (2 servings) and 4" Shareable (2-4 servings)

To properly make and prepare a cheesecake, it takes time and patience. It is not a process that can be rushed, nor should it be, otherwise integrity could be compromised.

First we bake our cheesecakes to the perfect consistency. Then we allow them to slowly cool before placing them in refrigeration for 24 hours. This process helps reduce cracking and sinking of a cheesecake. Once properly cooled the finishing touches are placed on the cheesecake. The cheesecakes are then placed in freezer for 24 hours. 

If you are ordering well in advance and plan to store your cheesecake in the freezer, wrap securely in plastic wrap, removing as much air as possible. Cheesecakes can be kept in freezer for up to 3 months.

We do offer a shrink-wrapping service for additional fee.

They can be stored in refrigeration for up to a week.

Because we do not operate a traditional store front, all pick-up orders must be scheduled during normal operating hours of the Newberry Cafe & Bakery. You will be emailed when your order is available to pick up.

Orders not picked up after 30 days will be considered abandoned and discarded. No refund will be issued for abandoned orders.

NOTE: We have had to suspend daily delivery at present time. 

Currently we are offering FREE delivery with no minimum purchase required for deliveries made in Harford County, MD.  Deliveries in Harford County are made daily between 4PM-8PM. Orders received by 4PM daily will be delivered the next day (unless specified otherwise). 

Because this is a refrigerated/frozen product and should not be left unattended, someone would need to be available to accept the cheesecake. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is there to accept the cheesecake, the driver will return it to our location, where you will be contacted to arrange pick-up or re-schedule a 2nd attempt, where a re-delivery charge would apply.

Currently we are not shipping outside the local market. Shipping a perishable product overnight is VERY expensive. We are currently working on the logistics for shipping 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Once we can establish the product can reach its final destination at the proper  safe temperature, we will make shipping available. 

When this option becomes available we will announce on Social Media.

After you pick up your cheesecake, make sure you take it home promptly and place in the freezer or refrigerator (if you plan to serve soon), allow 2-4 hours for thawing.

Thawed cheesecakes can be store for a week in your refrigerator or if you plan to serve at a later date, place in freeze for up to 3 months.

Products  may contain wheat (gluten), milk proteins, nuts and/or dairy, including eggs.
